Direct answer: You set up direct deposit from the Payouts tab (left sidebar, TOOLS > Invoices & Payouts). This applies only when CharityAuctions collected the money. If you connected your own Stripe, Stripe pays your bank directly and there is no Payouts tab.

This page is for when CharityAuctions collected the money. If you connected your own Stripe, you do not give us banking info here. There is no **Payouts** tab.

For how payouts work overall, see [How Payouts Work in CharityAuctions](https://charityauctions.com/help/how-payouts-work-in-charityauctions).

You set up direct deposit from the Payouts tab. In the left sidebar, under **TOOLS**, click **Invoices & Payouts**.

After you request a payout, the CharityAuctions team reviews it. After they approve, they send a Stripe secure link so you can connect ACH banking information.

## Open Payouts

- Go to your dashboard.

- Click **Manage auction** on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub.

- In the left sidebar, under **TOOLS**, click **Invoices & Payouts**.

- You land on **Invoices**. Click the **Payouts** tab.

The page URL includes /post-event-tasks/invoices?tab=payouts .

Note: There is no left-sidebar entry named Post Event Tasks. In the left sidebar, under **TOOLS**, click **Invoices & Payouts** instead.

## Complete Setup if verification is required

If payouts are not enabled yet, a red banner says **Verification required to enable payouts.**

Click **Complete Setup**.

Do this if that banner is still on the page.

## Request a payout

The **Payouts** tab has a Request Payout area. It shows **Available Balance for Payout**.

Verification is required before you can request a payout.

The request button is not always enabled. If the available balance is $0, the button can be disabled and labeled **No Balance Available**. You will not always see Request Payout ready to click.

When you have a balance and verification is complete, request a payout from this tab.

**Payout History** is on this same page. It can be empty.

## What happens after you request a payout

After you request a payout, it goes through a manual review by the CharityAuctions team.

After the team approves, usually 24 to 48 hours, they send a secure Stripe link so you can connect ACH banking information.

The team also sends a dedicated email telling you to look out for the Stripe email. The Stripe email may be in spam.

## Enter banking info in one sitting

Once you click the Stripe secure link, it is no longer valid. Have all banking info ready. Enter it in one sitting.

## We did not receive the secure link

There is no self-serve resend on the Payouts page.

- Check spam or junk. The Stripe email may land there.

- Look for the dedicated email from the CharityAuctions team that tells you to look out for the Stripe email.

- Give the review window time. The Stripe link is sent after the team approves, usually 24 to 48 hours after you request.

- If the Stripe secure link is missing or expired, contact support to send a new one. See [How to Contact CharityAuctions Support](https://charityauctions.com/help/how-to-contact-charityauctions-support). Email **[support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com)**.
