In the left sidebar, under CAMPAIGN, click Activity Feed, then open Downloads. Each listed export shows **Excel** and a **Download** button. ## Open Downloads - Go to your dashboard. - Click **Manage auction** on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub. - In the left sidebar, under **CAMPAIGN**, click **Activity Feed**. - Click **Downloads**. Note: There is no sidebar item named Post Event Tasks. There is no sidebar item named Download Reports. The page URL may still include /post-event-tasks/reports . The heading is **Custom or additional reports**. If you need a report that is not listed, email **[support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com)** and describe what you need. The tabs on Activity Feed are **Live Visitors**, **Live Analytics**, **Financial Summary**, **Item Performance**, **Bidder Activity**, **Bid History**, and **Downloads**. It is not a walkthrough of every tab. ## Bidder exports **Bidders.** Helper text is **Registered bidders and contact information.** - **Bidder List.** Helper text is **All registered bidders with contact information.** **Excel**. **Download**. - **Recent Activity.** Helper text is **All auction activity including bids, tickets, invoices, and donations.** **Excel**. **Download**. ## Payment exports **Financial.** Helper text is **Invoices, donations, and payment-related exports.** - **Invoice Export.** Helper text is **All invoices with payment status and details.** **Excel**. **Download**. - **Donations Export.** Helper text is **All donations (Direct, Paddle Raise, Fund a Need).** The dropdown on that card is **All Donations**. **Excel**. **Download**. ## Other exports on Downloads **Auction items.** Helper text is **Catalog, sales, and unsold inventory.** - **Item Catalog.** Helper text is **Complete catalog of all auction items with details.** **Excel**. **Download**. - **Sold Items.** Helper text is **Items sold with winner and donor information.** **Excel**. **Download**. - **Unsold Items.** Helper text is **Items that did not receive winning bids.** **Excel**. **Download**. **Tickets.** Helper text is **Ticket sales.** - **Sold Tickets.** Helper text is **All sold tickets information.** **Excel**. **Download**. Each export is Excel. There is no PDF button on **Downloads**. ## Related invoice list export Invoice files also exist on the invoice list. That is not the **Activity Feed** reports page. In the left sidebar, under **TOOLS**, click **Invoices & Payouts**. You land on **Invoices**. On that list you may see **Export All**. That exports the invoice list. In the left sidebar, under CAMPAIGN, click Activity Feed. Open the Downloads tab. There is no sidebar item named Post Event Tasks. There is no sidebar item named Download Reports. The page URL may still include /post-event-tasks/reports. ### Can I export reports more than once? Yes. On Downloads, click Download on the export you need. You can do this as many times as you need. ### What format are reports in? On Downloads, each listed export shows Excel and a Download button. There is no PDF button on this tab. ### Are payment and bidder reports separate? Yes. Under Financial, use Invoice Export and Donations Export. Under Bidders, use Bidder List. Each card shows Excel and Download. ### Where is Post Event Tasks or Download Reports? Neither is in the left sidebar. In the left sidebar, under CAMPAIGN, click Activity Feed.
