Direct answer: You share your auction with its auction link. Send the link by email and social, post it on your website (or embed the auction), and use the built-in promotional tools in CharityAuctions.

To find your link, see [Where Can I Find My Auction Share Link](https://charityauctions.com/help/where-can-i-find-my-auction-share-link).

## Open Promote

- Go to your dashboard.

- Click **Manage auction** on the auction card. That opens **Campaign Hub**.

- Click **Promote**. It sits next to **Preview**.

- The path looks like /admin/auctions/{auctionId}/design-and-promote/promote .

Find **Your link**. **Link to share** is the URL you copy.

Note: There is no left-sidebar entry named Design & Promote or Promote & Links. Click **Promote** next to **Preview**.

## Share the link

Copy **Link to share**. Then:

- Send it by email

- Post it on social

- Add it to your website

- Embed the auction with the website embed code

- Text it

- Put it on a flyer

- Share it with staff, volunteers, and supporters

The more places you share the link, the more bidders can find your auction.

You can also save a short **Custom link (for social & email)** at https://charityauctions.com/e/your-name . See [Where Can I Find My Auction Share Link](https://charityauctions.com/help/where-can-i-find-my-auction-share-link).

## Use the built-in promotional tools

On **Promote**, the same link flows into tools you can use right away:

- **Link to share**

- The QR code

- **When they open your link** preview

- Website embed code

- Press-release template

- Email invitation

To email or text registered guests from the app, see [How to Use Message Blast](https://charityauctions.com/help/how-to-use-message-blast) (Prepay & Save).

## Embed the auction on your website

If you have a website, you can send visitors to your auction from there.

- Add a button that links to **Link to share**

- Use the website embed code on **Promote**

- Post a page with your auction details

This helps anyone who visits your site find and join your auction.

## Tips for more visibility

- Share your link more than once before the event

- Post reminders as the start date gets close

- Ask supporters to share the link

- Use a mix of email, social, and text

- Highlight popular or high-value items
