Direct answer: You track ticket sales in Ticket Sales. In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Ticket Sales, then the Ticket Reports tab.

You track ticket sales from **Ticket Sales**. In the left sidebar, under **Fundraising Modules**, click **Ticket Sales**. Then click the **Ticket Reports** tab.

**Attendees** is a separate module. That is where **Bidder #**, **Table #**, and the attendee list live. See [Managing Attendees and Event Check-In](https://charityauctions.com/help/managing-attendees-and-event-check-in).

If you are selling tickets for a live gala night, see [How to Run a Live Gala with Ticket Sales](https://charityauctions.com/help/how-to-run-a-live-gala-with-ticket-sales).

## Open Ticket Sales

- Go to your dashboard.

- Click **Manage auction** on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub.

- In the left sidebar, under **Fundraising Modules**, click **Ticket Sales**.

- You land on **Event Setup**.

The tabs are **Event Setup**, **Tickets**, **Registration Fields**, **Discount Codes**, and **Ticket Reports**.

Note: There is no left-sidebar group named Live Event Features. There is no sidebar item named Ticket Reports. **Ticket Reports** is a tab inside **Ticket Sales**. The page URL may still include /live-event-features/attendees .

The line under **Ticket Sales** in the sidebar can read **Set up ticket types** or **Turn on ticket sales**, depending on setup.

## Ticket Reports

- Stay in **Ticket Sales**.

- Click the **Ticket Reports** tab.

The heading is **Reports actions**. The helper is **Add offline sales or export the current report data.**

Buttons are **Add Offline Sale** and **Export Report**.

Cards on this tab:

- **Total Sales**. Helper: **Total orders processed**.

- **Total Revenue**. Helper: **From all ticket sales**.

- **Discount Amount**. Helper: **Total discounts redeemed**.

- **Total Tickets**. Helper: **Tickets sold**.

- **Avg. Order Value**. Helper: **Per transaction**.

The list heading is **All Ticket Sales**. The helper is **View all ticket purchases and checkout information**.

If there are no orders, the empty state says **No ticket sales available.** Totals read 0.

This walk did not show a sold-order table on screen. Use **Export Report** for the column list, or wait until a sale appears.

## Filters on Ticket Reports

Click **Filters**. Fields are:

- **Ticket Type** (default **All ticket types**)

- **Date From**

- **Date To**

- **Bidder Number**

- **Table Number**

- **Min Amount ($)**

- **Max Amount ($)**

Those filter fields are not where you assign bidder or table numbers. Assign those on **Attendees**.

## Export ticket data

On **Ticket Reports**, click **Export Report**.

This walk downloaded a CSV. The file name started with **attendees-export-** and the date. There was no format picker. There was no PDF button on this tab.

Click **Add Sale**. Or click **Cancel**.

This walk opened the form to quote labels and clicked **Cancel**. It did not record a sale.

## Ticket types

Click the **Tickets** tab to create what people buy.

If you have none yet, the empty state says **No ticket types yet**. It also says **Create ticket types to start selling tickets for your event.** Click **Add Your First Ticket Type**. After a type exists, the button is **Add Ticket Type**.

The **Ticket Types** helper is **Create ticket options like General Admission, VIP, Sponsor Table, or Guest Pass.**

You can **Filter by Category**. The default is **All Categories**. Views are **List** and **Grouped**.

### Turn tickets on or off

The switch aria-label is **Turn ticket sales on or off on your event page**.

When tickets are off:

- **Tickets are currently off**

- **Turn tickets on when you are ready for buyers to see and purchase them on your event page.**

- **Create at least one ticket type before turning tickets on.**

- The off label is **Off**, hidden

When tickets are on:

- **Tickets are enabled**

- **Buyers can see and purchase tickets on your event page. Turn off to hide ticket sales from public view.**

- The on label is **On for buyers**

After you add the first ticket type, the product can turn tickets on. If you are not ready for buyers, turn the switch off.

### Add a ticket type

The form heading is **Add New Ticket Type**. The helper is **Define a new ticket category for your event.**

- Set **Category**. Options this walk showed: **Individual**, **Table**, **Group**, **Golf**, **Sponsor**, **VIP**, **Early Bird**, **Free**, **Custom**. **Individual** helper examples are General Admission, Single Ticket, Standard Entry.

- Enter **Ticket Name** *. Placeholder example: General Admission, VIP.

- Enter **Price ($)** *. If the price is $0.00, buyers see **Free** on your event page and at checkout.

- Enter **Available Quantity** *.

- Optional: **Description**. Optional: **What's Included**.

- Set **Sales Control Mode** *. Choose **Manual** or **Scheduled**. **Scheduled** adds **Auto-Open Date** and **Auto-Close Date**.

- Optional: **Hide**. Helper: **Hide this ticket type from displaying on the event page.**

- Click **Add Ticket**. Or click **Cancel**.

There is no Save button named Save on this form. The button is **Add Ticket**.

After you save, a type card can show the name, category, price, sold and remaining counts, description, and a status such as **Open**.

## Bidder numbers, tables, and guests

**Auto-assign bidder numbers** is a setting on the **Event Setup** tab. The helper is **Give each attendee a bidder number when they finish registering so check-in and bidding are faster.**

The **Bidder #** and **Table #** columns are on **Attendees**.

- In the left sidebar, under **Fundraising Modules**, click **Attendees**.

- You land on **Attendee List**.

- Columns include **Name**, **Contact Info**, **Ticket Type**, **Bidder #**, **Table #**, **Check-In Status**, and **Actions**.

If the list is empty, it says **No attendees yet**. It also says **Attendees will appear here when tickets are sold, guests are imported, or you add them manually.** Click **Go to Tickets** if you still need ticket types.

Do not look for bidder-number assignment on a sidebar named Ticket Reports.

## Event Setup settings that affect tickets

On the **Event Setup** tab:

**Event details.** Helper: **These details appear on ticket confirmations and attendee communications.** Required fields are **Event Name**, **Venue Name**, **Event Address**, and **Event Date**. **Start Time** and **End Time** are also on this block. Click **Save** (aria-label **Save settings (core event details)**).

**Buyer registration setup.** Helper: **Control ticket sales placement, purchase limits, and registration behavior.**

- **Event page, ticket sales tab**. Helper: ticket sales appear on their own tab on your public event page. The Auction Items tab shows only your catalog.

- **Tab label**. Default value **Buy Tickets**. Helper: shown in the event page tab bar when ticket sales are available.

- **Auto-close registration**

- **Auto-assign bidder numbers**

- **One checkout for bulk tickets**. Helper: for multi-ticket purchases (like a full table), collect details from the purchaser only, not a separate registration for every seat.

- **Show QR codes on tickets**. Helper: **Include QR codes on confirmation emails, ticket pages, PDFs, and reports.** That is a setting. It is not an export button on **Ticket Reports**.

Click **Save** (aria-label **Save settings (registration behavior)**).

## Registration Fields and Discount Codes

**Registration Fields** helper: **Choose what information attendees should provide when they register or buy tickets.**

Default fields this walk showed: **First Name**, **Last Name**, **Email**, and **Phone**. Table columns are **Field Name**, **Type**, **Shown for**, **Required**, **Enabled**, and **Actions**. Those defaults were **Required** **Yes** and **Shown for** **All ticket types**. Click **Add Custom Question** if you need more.

Ticket registration does not collect a mailing address. The platform collects a mailing address during online bidding. See [Managing Attendees and Event Check-In](https://charityauctions.com/help/managing-attendees-and-event-check-in).

**Discount Codes** helper: **Create codes and share them with specific buyers. Buyers enter the code at checkout to get a discount on their ticket.** If you have none, it says **No discount codes yet**. Click **Add Discount Code** or **Add Your First Code**.

## Common issues

- If you cannot find Ticket Reports in the left sidebar, open **Ticket Sales** first, then click the **Ticket Reports** tab.

- If **Ticket Reports** says **No ticket sales available**, there are no orders yet. Totals read 0. **Export Report** still downloads a CSV.

- If **Add Ticket** does not save, fill the * fields: **Ticket Name**, **Price ($)**, **Available Quantity**, and **Sales Control Mode**.

- If tickets should not appear on the public event page yet, turn the switch off. The off label is **Off**, hidden.

- If you are looking for bidder numbers or check-in, open **Attendees**, not **Ticket Reports**.
