TL;DR

There is no screen to look up a Risk Free or consignment contact by name. Open Organization Home → Risk Free Items → Package list. After an off-site night, use Enter winning bidders. If you still do not know the person, email [support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com) or use Talk to Us. Do not share payment details until you confirm the package is on your package list.

Direct answer: There is no screen to look up a Risk Free or consignment contact by name. Check Organization Home > Risk Free Items > Package list; after an off-site night, check Enter winning bidders. If you still do not know the person, email [support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com).

If someone emails or calls about a Risk Free or consignment package, and you do not know them, start here.

There is **no** name-lookup screen. You cannot search a contact name in CharityAuctions.

Check **Package list** first. Then ask support if you still do not recognize the person.

## Check your package list

- Go to **Organization Home**.

- Open **Risk Free Items**.

- The heading is **Build a package list of items your guests will bid on.**

- Open **Package list**.

Confirm the package is on your shortlist.

If it is not on **Package list**, treat the contact as unconfirmed. Email **[support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com)**. Or open [Talk to Us](https://charityauctions.com/talk-to-us).

## Check winning bidders

Use this after an off-site night.

- Stay in **Package list**.

- Open **Offline event**.

- Click **Enter winning bidders**.

- Review **Full name**, **Email**, and **Phone**.

CharityAuctions uses that list to register winners, send you an invoice, and tell them how to redeem.

Winner entry is **not** under **Team & Settings**. It is **not** on the campaign **Item Catalog**.

If the person who contacted you is not on that list, do not guess. Email **[support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com)**.

## If you still do not recognize them

Do not share card, bank, or login details with a person you cannot confirm.

Email **[support@charityauctions.com](mailto:support@charityauctions.com)**. Say you got a Risk Free or consignment contact you do not recognize.

Or open [Talk to Us](https://charityauctions.com/talk-to-us) and book help.

See [How to Contact CharityAuctions Support](https://charityauctions.com/help/how-to-contact-charityauctions-support).

## What this article does not cover
