What are risk-free consignment items?
Risk-free consignment items are auction packages we provide at no upfront cost. You add them to your auction, and if they sell, you pay the minimum bid amount and keep everything above that as profit. If an item doesn't sell, you owe nothing.
How much can we make from these items?
Your profit is the difference between the winning bid and the minimum bid. For example, if a travel package has a $1,500 minimum and sells for $2,800, you keep $1,300. Popular items often sell for significantly more than the minimum.
What happens if an item doesn't sell?
Nothing! That's the beauty of risk-free items. If an item doesn't meet the minimum bid, you simply don't include it in your final results. There's no cost to you whatsoever.
How do winners redeem their items?
Winners work directly with our in-house redemption department one-on-one to fully book their experience. Our dedicated team handles all the details, from scheduling to confirming reservations, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every winner.
