How to Change the Social Media Image
The image that appears when someone shares your auction link is your event banner. There is not a separate social-only upload.
Change the social media image
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click Manage auction. That opens Campaign Hub.
- In the left sidebar, under CAMPAIGN, click Campaign Settings.
- Open the Page Branding tab.
- Open Main Banner. The heading is Customize Your Event Banner.
- Choose Upload Custom Banner.
- Click Upload Banner (or Change Banner if one is already there).
- Use a 1920x600px image. PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP.
The other banner options on that row are Create Custom Banner, Text Banner, and No Banner. For a photo share image, use Upload Custom Banner.
Check the share preview
- Click Promote in the top right (or open Promote tools).
- Find Your Auction Link Preview.
- Confirm the image, auction name, and subheadline.
That preview is generated from your current banner and Event Design settings. If you do not see your photo, upload a banner under Page Branding as above.

Open Promote from the top right, or go to the Promote tools. Find Your Auction Link Preview. That card shows the image from your current banner, auction name, and subheadline.
What size should the social media image be?
Upload a banner at 1920x600px. PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP are accepted.
Is there a separate social media upload?
No. The image shown when people share your auction link comes from the Main Banner on Page Branding. There is not a separate social-only upload.
