How to Delete Your CharityAuctions Account
You delete your CharityAuctions account from Edit Profile. Deletion is permanent. Do not click Delete Account unless you mean to delete the account.
Open Edit Profile
- Go to charityauctions.com/bidder/dashboard. That page is Auctions I'm Managing.
- Click your name or initials chip in the top right.
- Click Edit Profile.
The page URL is /bidder/profile/edit. /bidder/profile is not a working page.
Typical items in the account menu are My Dashboard, Edit Profile, Manage Billing, and Log out.
Account Deletion
Scroll to Account Deletion. This section uses red danger styling.
The helper text is:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your bidding history and personal data will be removed.
The button is Delete Account. It is red and has a trash icon.
Do not click Delete Account unless you mean to delete the account. You cannot undo it.
Email and password on this page
Email Address is locked. The helper text is Email cannot be changed.
Change Password is also on this page.
