Every auction in CharityAuctions includes a unique web address that you can share with bidders. This link is how supporters access your event, register, and start bidding.
Finding your auction share link is quick and easy, and it can be accessed from multiple locations inside your account.
Finding the Share Link on the Dashboard
The fastest way to locate your auction link is directly from your main dashboard.
To find it:
- Log in to your CharityAuctions account
- Open the auction you want to promote
- Look at the top of the auction dashboard
- Locate the auction URL displayed near the top of the page
- Copy this link to share with bidders
This link can be pasted anywhere, including emails, social media posts, text messages, or your website.
Finding the Share Link in Promote & Links
You can also access your auction link from the built-in promotional tools section.
To find it there:
- Open your auction dashboard
- In the left navigation menu, click Design & Promote
- Select Promote & Links
- Locate the main auction URL displayed on this page
- Copy the link for sharing
The Promote & Links page also includes additional resources to help you advertise your event more effectively.
