Where Can I See Past Auctions?
TL;DR
Past auctions live on Auction Campaigns at the organization level (/org/{your org}/campaigns). If you are inside Campaign Hub for one auction, click All Campaigns in the top left under the CharityAuctions logo. If your past events were on CharityAuctionsToday, support must migrate them into CharityAuctions. If you still do not see them, you may be logged into a bidder account instead of your auction admin account. SAM Ai Bot cannot see your account details, so contact support when you need a migration or account check.
Past auctions that are already on CharityAuctions show on Auction Campaigns at the organization level. This page is a troubleshooting guide when that list looks empty or incomplete.
Quick link after you sign in: /org/{your org}/campaigns (Auction Campaigns). You can also click Auction Campaigns in the left nav from Organization Home.
SAM Ai Bot answers from help articles. It cannot see your account details, so it cannot tell which email owns which auctions or run a migration for you.
You are inside one auction
If you opened Manage auction and you are in Campaign Hub for a single event, you are not on the full list yet.
- Look in the top left under the CharityAuctions logo.
- Click All Campaigns.
- That returns you to the organization campaign list, including past campaigns already on CharityAuctions.
Your past auctions were on CharityAuctionsToday
CharityAuctions was formerly Charity Auctions Today. If you ran events on the old CharityAuctionsToday platform, those auctions do not appear automatically in the new CharityAuctions organization.
Our support team needs to migrate those auctions into CharityAuctions for you.

- Tell them you need a CharityAuctionsToday migration and which email you used on the old platform.
You may be on a bidder account instead of your admin account
Some chairs created two accounts the last time they ran an auction: one as a bidder and one as the auction admin.
If you are signed in on the bidder account, you will not see the admin campaign list the way you expect.
- Sign out.
- Sign in with the email you used as the auction admin.
- Open Auction Campaigns again at
/org/{your org}/campaigns.
If you are not sure which email is the admin account, contact support. SAM Ai Bot cannot look up your accounts.

Where can I see past auctions in CharityAuctions?
Open Auction Campaigns at the organization level. The URL looks like /org/{your org}/campaigns. That list is where your campaigns (including past ones that are already on CharityAuctions) show up.
I am inside one auction. How do I get back to all campaigns?
In Campaign Hub, click All Campaigns in the top left corner under the CharityAuctions logo. That returns you to the organization campaign list.
I used CharityAuctionsToday before. Why do I not see those auctions?

Could I be on the wrong account?
Yes. Some chairs end up with two accounts from a past event: a bidder account and an auction admin account. If you are signed in on the bidder account, you will not see your admin campaign list. Sign out, then sign in with the email you used as the auction admin. SAM Ai Bot cannot see your account details, so contact support if you are not sure which email is which.
Can SAM Ai Bot tell me which account I am on?
No. SAM Ai Bot answers from help articles. It cannot see your account details, login email history, or which auctions are attached to your login. For account checks or CharityAuctionsToday migrations, contact support.
What is the quick link to Auction Campaigns?
After you sign in, go to /org/{your org}/campaigns for Auction Campaigns. You can also click Auction Campaigns in the left nav from Organization Home.
