What is Organization Home?

TL;DR

Organization Home is the organization level of your CharityAuctions account, above each auction campaign. New accounts with no campaign land on Organization Home after login. If you already have a campaign, login opens Auction Campaigns. From Organization Home you can create a campaign, browse Risk Free items, or open Team & Settings.

This is not Campaign Hub inside one auction. Organization Home is the org. Campaign Hub is one event.

Where you land after login

Go to charityauctions.com/auth/login (page title: Login or Register).
Sign in. If you see phone first, use the Email toggle.
Where you land depends on your organization:
- New account (no campaign yet): you land on Organization Home at /org/{your org}.
- You already have a campaign: you land on Auction Campaigns at /org/{your org}/campaigns.
If you landed on Auction Campaigns and want the org overview, click Organization Home in the left nav.

What you see on Organization Home

On Organization Home you see:

Eyebrow: ORGANIZATION HOME
Greeting: Hi {your first name}.
Secondary line: Choose the path that matches your night.

Main doors on this page:

Create campaign (you may also see Create your first auction campaign or Start campaign setup). This opens the create flow at /admin?orgId={your org} with a Create an auction built around your event modal, then Campaign Hub for that campaign.
Browse Risk Free items (or Browse the catalog). This opens Risk Free Items at /org/{your org}/risk-free-items.
Invite teammates to review them with you. This goes to settings / Team & Settings. Auction-only invites are different (see below).

Left navigation at the organization level

Under Workspace / Organization, the live labels are:

Organization Home - hub above. Choose create campaign or browse Risk Free.
Auction Campaigns - list and plan each auction. Purple Create campaign button. Setup cards explain what happens next (campaign starts with name + format; opens in Test Mode) and two things to know (naming/format; Test Mode means guests cannot see it until you go live). There is also a link: Add a teammate to walk through the demo with you.
Risk Free Items - heading Build My Lot of items your guests will bid on. Includes My Lot, catalog filters, package cards, Add to my lot, View package details, and Schedule a call.
Training Library - in the nav (details in a later article).
Team & Settings - in the nav (organization invite steps in a later article).

You may also see Contact us under Organization.

Opening Create campaign leaves the org chrome and goes into /admin?orgId=... for that campaign. You will not use /bidder/dashboard for this org path.

Organization level vs one auction

Organization level: Organization Home, Auction Campaigns, Risk Free Items, Training Library, Team & Settings.
One auction (campaign): after you create or open a campaign, you work in Campaign Hub for that event (Fundraising Modules, TOOLS, CAMPAIGN).

What is Organization Home in CharityAuctions?

Why did I land on Auction Campaigns after login?

What is Test Mode on Auction Campaigns?

On Auction Campaigns, the setup cards say a new campaign opens in Test Mode. Guests cannot see it until you go live.
