Adding and Managing Sponsors
You add sponsors from Sponsor Logos. In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Sponsor Logos. There is no left-sidebar entry named Item Management.
Open Sponsor Logos
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click Manage auction on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub.
- In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Sponsor Logos.
If Sponsor Logos is not in the sidebar yet, click Add Fundraising Module. The dialog heading is Add Fundraising Module. It says Choose an additional fundraising tool to link to this campaign. Choose Sponsor Logos. The line under it is Showcase sponsors on your pages. Then click Add Module. Or click Cancel.
If that row says LOCKED, the current plan does not include Sponsor Logos. Open Plans & fees in the left sidebar, under Tools, if you need a plan that includes it.
The page heading area includes How sponsor logos work. It says to upload a sponsor logo, add the sponsor name, choose where it should appear, and save.
Add a sponsor
On the module page, click Add Sponsor Logo. If you have none yet, the empty state says No sponsor logos added yet. It also says Add sponsor logos to recognize your sponsors and display them across your auction pages. You can click Add First Sponsor Logo.
The Add Sponsor Logo form opens. It says to upload a sponsor logo, add an optional website link, and choose where it should appear on your auction pages.
- Set Logo Type. Choose Image Logo if the sponsor already has a logo file. Choose Text Logo if you only want to display the sponsor name.
- For an image, use Upload sponsor logo. The field says Drag and drop a file here, or click to upload. Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP. After a file is attached, the control is Change Logo.
- Enter Sponsor Name. The placeholder example is a display name.
- Optional: add Sponsor Website URL if you want visitors to click the logo. Optional: add Internal Notes for your team. The notes placeholder mentions sponsor level, contact details, or display instructions.
- Under Where should this logo appear?, choose one or more placements. The groups on the form are Sitewide visibility, Auction browsing, and Important moments.
- Set Display Order if you want a sort order. Lower numbers appear first. The default is 1.
- Leave Active (logo will be displayed) on if you want the logo shown.
- Click Add sponsor logo. Or click Cancel.
Required fields are marked with *. Those are Logo Type, Upload sponsor logo (for Image Logo), Sponsor Name, and Where should this logo appear?.
Do not look for a Save button named Save on the add form. The form button is Add sponsor logo.
There is no contact-email field, no sponsorship-amount field, and no public tier picker on this form. Put team-only details in Internal Notes.
After you save
The add dialog closes and the module list appears. There is no separate success toast.
The list heading is Active Logos, with a count. The line under it is Logos currently displayed on your auction pages.
Columns are:
- Logo
- Name
- Where it appears
- Order
- Actions
If you added a website, the name cell includes Visit website.
A search field appears: Search sponsor logos...
Edit or delete a sponsor
In the Actions column:
- One action opens Edit Sponsor Logo. The dialog says to update this sponsor logo, website link, and where it appears on your auction pages. The fields match the add form, including Change Logo if an image is already attached. Click Save changes. Or click Cancel.
- Another action opens Delete Sponsor Logo. It asks if you are sure you want to delete that sponsor, and says this action cannot be undone. Click Delete to remove it. Or click Cancel.
Placement Display Settings
After at least one logo exists, the module shows Placement Display Settings. It says Customize how sponsor logos are displayed in each placement.
Each placement that has logos lists a logo count, then:
- Display Title. Helper text: Text shown above the logos. Footer and Sponsor Section default to OUR SPONSORS.
- For Sponsor Section only: Tab Name. Helper text: Name of the tab in navigation. The default is Sponsors.
Click Save Display Settings to keep those titles.
Where logos can appear
On the module page, click See where logos appear. That opens Where sponsor logos can appear.
The form and that dialog use the same placements:
- Header. Shows near the top of your auction pages.
- Footer. Shows near the bottom of your auction pages.
- Item Detail Pages. Shows on individual auction item pages.
- About Page. Shows on your auction about page.
- Sponsor Section. Shows in the dedicated sponsor area.
- Checkout and Thank You Pages. Shows during checkout and after payment.
- Donate Items Page. Shows on your item donation page.
Most events start with Header, Footer, and Sponsor Section. In the form, click Use recommended placements to select those.
Logo guidelines
The module lists these before you start:
- Use a clean horizontal logo when possible
- Recommended size: 200 x 100 px
- Clickable logo: add a website link
- Most events use Header, Footer, and Sponsor Section
The upload field also says best results come from a horizontal logo with a simple background.
Display order and sponsor levels
There is no separate tier picker. Use Display Order so logos sort within each placement. Use Internal Notes for sponsor level, contact details, or display instructions. Those notes are for your team.
If you do not need the module in the sidebar
The page includes Remove module. Remove Sponsor Logos takes the module out of the campaign sidebar. Your existing settings and data are kept. Use Add Fundraising Module to bring it back.
Common issues
- If the page says No sponsor logos added yet, click Add First Sponsor Logo or Add Sponsor Logo.
- If Add sponsor logo does not save, check the * fields: Logo Type, Sponsor Name, at least one placement, and Upload sponsor logo when Logo Type is Image Logo.
- If Sponsor Logos is missing from Fundraising Modules, add it from Add Fundraising Module. If the row is LOCKED, the plan does not include it yet.
