How to Change the End Time of Your Auction

CharityAuctions makes it easy to change the start or end time of your auction at any point.

All scheduling in CharityAuctions is controlled through Bidding Windows, which means you never need to edit times on individual items.

How Bidding Windows Work

Every auction item is assigned to a Bidding Window.

The Bidding Window controls:

• When bidding opens

• When bidding closes

• The schedule for all items assigned to that window

Because of this design, you only need to update the window itself to change the timing for your entire auction.

Changing the End Time (or Start Time)

To update your auction schedule:

1. Open your auction dashboard.

2. In the left navigation menu, click Auction Setup.

3. Select Bid Schedule.

4. Locate the active Bidding Window.

5. Edit the start time, end time, or both.

6. Save your changes.

As soon as you save, the updated times will apply to all items connected to that bidding window.

No Need to Edit Items Individually

One of the biggest advantages of the Bidding Window system is efficiency.

When you change the window:

• Every item assigned to it is updated automatically

• You do not need to open or edit items one by one

• The new schedule is applied instantly across your auction
