How to Enter Paddle Raise and Fund a Need Donations
Direct answer: In Paddle Raise and Fund a Need, you enter 5 bidder numbers at once, add another row of 5 for more donors, and save everything at once. You do not have to enter donations one at a time.
Paddle Raise and Fund a Need are donation types. During a live event, guests raise their paddle (their bidder number) to give. After the moment passes, you record who gave by entering their bidder numbers.
This is not Donation Button. Donation Button is for guests who give on the event page anytime. See How to Add a Donation Button.
Before you start
Bidder numbers must be assigned. Bidder numbers live on the Attendee List.
See Managing Attendees and Event Check-In.

Good to know
Entering several bidder numbers at once is built for the pace of a live event. One save records the whole group. Your team can catch up during the next item instead of typing between paddles.
Paddle Raise and Fund a Need donations appear in your reports with your other donations. In the left sidebar, under CAMPAIGN, click Activity Feed. Open the Downloads tab. Donations Export covers Direct, Paddle Raise, and Fund a Need donations.
