Managing Attendees and Event Check-In
Open the Attendee List from Campaign Hub. That is where you add people, see bidder numbers, and check attendees in.
Open the Attendee List
- Go to charityauctions.com/bidder/dashboard. This page is Auctions I'm Managing.
- Click Manage auction on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub.
- In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Attendees.
- You land on Attendee List.
If you are looking for a registrants list, this is it. Campaign Hub talks about collecting registrations. The menu label is Attendees, not Registrants.
What you see on Attendee List
The page has two tabs: All Attendees and Onboarding Flow.
On All Attendees you can:
- Click Import to upload a list
- Click Add attendee to add one person
- See columns for Name, Contact Info, Ticket Type, Bidder #, Table #, Check-In Status, and Actions
If the list is empty, you will see Add Your First Attendee. You can also Go to Tickets to sell tickets so people show up here.
Bidder numbers and check-in status are on this list. They are not in a Settings tab.
How attendees get on the list
People show up on Attendee List in three ways:
- Ticket sales
- Import
- Add attendee
When someone buys a ticket, they appear on the list. You do not have to enter them by hand. If the list is empty and you need ticket sales first, click Go to Tickets.
Add one attendee
Use this for someone who did not buy a ticket online, such as a sponsor or VIP.
- Open the Attendee List using the steps above.
- Click Add attendee. If the list is empty, click Add Your First Attendee.
- Enter the name and contact information.
- Save the record.
Import an attendee list
Use Import when you already have a file of people.
- Open the Attendee List.
- Click Import.
- Upload your file.
- Review the rows and save.

The Bidder # column is on the Attendee List. You assign and change numbers there.
You can update a bidder number before or during the event.

Use this when you are looking at names on a computer.
- Open the Attendee List.
- Find the person in the list.
- Use Check-In Status on that row.
- The person is marked as checked in.

For QR check-in at the door, use Live Event Kiosk.
