Managing Tickets and Tracking Revenue

You track ticket sales from Ticket Sales. In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Ticket Sales. Then click the Ticket Reports tab.

There is no left-sidebar group named Live Event Features. There is no sidebar item named Ticket Reports. Ticket Reports is a tab inside Ticket Sales.

Attendees is a separate module. That is where Bidder #, Table #, and the attendee list live. See Managing Attendees and Event Check-In.

Open Ticket Sales

  1. Go to your dashboard.
  2. Click Manage auction on the auction card. That opens Campaign Hub.
  3. In the left sidebar, under Fundraising Modules, click Ticket Sales.
  4. You land on Event Setup.

The tabs are Event Setup, Tickets, Registration Fields, Discount Codes, and Ticket Reports.

The page URL may still include /live-event-features/attendees. That is not the click path.

The line under Ticket Sales in the sidebar can read Set up ticket types or Turn on ticket sales, depending on setup.

Common issues

  • If you cannot find Ticket Reports in the left sidebar, open Ticket Sales first, then click the Ticket Reports tab.
  • If Ticket Reports says No ticket sales available, there are no orders yet. Totals read 0. Export Report still downloads a CSV.
  • If Add Ticket does not save, fill the * fields: Ticket Name, Price ($), Available Quantity, and Sales Control Mode.
  • If tickets should not appear on the public event page yet, turn the switch off. The off label is Off, hidden.
  • If you are looking for bidder numbers or check-in, open Attendees, not Ticket Reports.
