On CharityAuctions, funds are not automatically sent at the moment your auction ends. You must request your payout once your event has fully concluded and bidder payments have been collected.
When Can I Request My Payout
You can request your payout after:
• Your auction has officially ended• Winning bidders have been invoiced• Payments have been collected
Once your event is fully complete, you can initiate the payout process.
How to Request Your Payout
To request your funds:
Open your auction dashboard.
Navigate to Post Event Tasks.
Click Payouts.
Complete the Verification Setup if prompted.
Submit your payout request.
If this is your first payout, you will receive a secure email from Stripe to collect your banking information.
How Long Does It Take to Receive Funds
After your payout is requested and verification is complete:
• Payouts are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days• Funds are sent directly to your verified bank account• Processing begins after all required steps are completed
This timeframe allows for secure payment clearing and bank transfer processing.
