Steps to Resend an Invoice
To resend an invoice to a bidder:
Open your auction in the admin dashboard.
In the left navigation menu, click Post Event Tasks.
Select Invoices.
Locate the unpaid invoice you want to resend.
Click the View Invoice button.
Scroll to the bottom of the invoice screen.
Click Resend Invoice.
The system will immediately send a new invoice notification to the bidder with a secure payment link.
What the Bidder Receives
When you resend an invoice, the bidder will receive:
A new email with their invoice and payment link
A new SMS text message with payment instructions
