If you still do not know the person, email support@charityauctions.com or use Talk to Us. Do not share payment details until you confirm the package is on your package list.

Check winning bidders

Use this after an off-site night.

  1. Stay in Package list.
  2. Open Offline event.
  3. Click Enter winning bidders.
  4. Review Full name, Email, and Phone.

CharityAuctions uses that list to register winners, send you an invoice, and tell them how to redeem.

Winner entry is not under Team & Settings. It is not on the campaign Item Catalog.

If the person who contacted you is not on that list, do not guess. Email support@charityauctions.com.

If you still do not recognize them

Do not share card, bank, or login details with a person you cannot confirm.

Email support@charityauctions.com. Say you got a Risk Free or consignment contact you do not recognize.

Or open Talk to Us and book help.

See How to Contact CharityAuctions Support.
